The Doornik crushed limestone stone resembles Ardennes Grey chippings, but has a slightly darker colour and is often requested in cases where the ‘normal’ Ardennes chippings is considered too light. Doornik chippings are medium grey to quite dark grey in colour, and more uniform than the standard Ardennes chippings. Also known as Tournai chippings.
